Standard products
If you are a consumer and the statutory withdrawal right applies, you may normally withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
Personalized goods
The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized, such as a jersey printed with the name or number you selected.
